AOK Refund Policy for Boxes and Packaging
A-OK Self Storage will refund for any goods returned within 7 days of purchase, that have not been used and are in “as new” and re-saleable condition and the customer provides proof of purchase.
All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We will replace any faulty goods (that have not been used).
Please keep receipt as proof of purchase.
